Today I started the p90x workout program. This is one of my six "before" photos. If anyone else works out using a Beachbody program, their site has good tools and support. ReplyDeleteI have a friend that does P90X and LOVES it. She is 36 and has 2 kids, and the woman looks better in a bikini than most teenagers do. Have fun with it!
